Spiritual teacher Barry Long explains how to listen to the truth: 'Be new. Be now. Listen in your own experience.' He goes on to speak about 'the only two things in your existence that are real . . . Pure intelligence and pure sensation'. He explains what he means by this and why nothing else is real.
