Sarah always hated the large antique mirror in her hallway. Its ornate, blackened frame looked as though it had been through centuries of wear, and the glass was cloudy, warping her reflection ever so slightly. It had been in the house when she moved in, and despite her dislike, she never had the heart to throw it away. It felt like the mirror belonged there.
