Next to the main, the Pearl Villa offers an additional suite as an add-on option, located one step down from the kitchen of the main house. This unit has its own kitchen with cook top/oven and refrigerator, two sinks, granite counters, and seating for two. The bedroom and sitting area has two 48” beds with two comfortable chairs to relax in, and its own bathroom with jetted shower. A laundry center has been provided as well. Outside there is a dedicated patio area for guests of this suite with comfortable seating amid a relaxed atmosphere.
