Having fought and killed two expert assassins, one-armed martial arts teacher Liu Ti Lung (Wang) finds himself on the hit list of the legendary Fung (Kam), a blind swordsman who is a master of the deadly ‘Flying Guillotine’. As Fung begins his quest, he soon discovers that one-armed kung-fu experts are more common than you’d think, leading to an amputee-killing spree that leads him to an intense (and deadly) martial arts competition.
