The campaign was carried out under the PHARE twinning project RO 06 IB JH 08 Strengthening the institutional capacity to prevent human trafficking in Romania, implemented by the National Agency against Trafficking in Persons with Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights in Austria, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation and the European Centre for Public Law in Greece
