The Kofta That'll Save Your Diet

Description
For green kofta:-
2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
½ cup paneer (grated)
½ cup coriander leaves
¼ cup green capsicum (finely grated or chopped very small)
1 grated carrot
2 green chilies (optional)
2 tbsp cornflour / besan (for binding)
half onion (optional)
For gravy:-
2 medium onions (sliced)
1 small beetroot (juice)
8–10 cashews (soaked 15 min)
½- 1 ginger
4-5garlic cloves
½ tsp garam masala / kitchen king masala
¼ cup fresh cream / milk / coconut cream / cashew cream
Salt to taste
