It's unbelievable how calm and quiet it gets when this raidleader disconnects, wonder why.
It's now estimated that 74% of all guilds in World of Warcraft suffers by having a crazy raidleader. Though, you can do something about it: By pressing that yellow button that says "Subscribe", you'll help those poor guilds.
