Condiments are a mans best friend. Where would we be without salt and pepper? Or ketchup and mayo?

Stuck in the dark ages, thats where. The advancement of man is intrinsically linked with our ability to flavour, to enhance, to spice things up a little bit.

This is far from a modern phenomena.

Samuel Pepys was so fond of nutmeg that he carried a monogrammed grater with him at all times. We say: what a good lad.

But what kind of condiment appeals to our man Rufus? Gentlemans relish? Horseradish? Or possibly even Brown sauce.
