Helena awakes after a party in a deserted office block, the phone rings and Amy (her sister) is in trouble, her boyfriend has left her trapped and alone in the building after the party.
Amy hidden and scared asks Helena for help, help from the haunting creatures that now occupy the building, the result of a strain of virus that broke out the night before.
If Helena is to save Amy then these creatures now stand between the two sisters.
