Waking up in the morning is the hardest thing ever (atleast for me!) When we met with Terence Lewis, he said that there are a few exercises you can do every morning for 5 minutes that will keep you going for the entire day.

These exercises help increase the blood flow in your body and make your mind more alert. There is an exercise that focuses on every part of your body. I have incorporated this into my morning routine, and it has made such a huge difference to my over all productivity.
