Las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación, TIC son un instrumento importante para el desarrollo de sectores sociales que no tienen fácil acceso a la información. En este sentido se han implementado telecentros en diferentes Unidades Educativas urbanas y rurales. Este video presenta tres testimonios sobre las experiencias de los beneficiados en la capacitación de las TICs. Para el desarrollo de estos proyectos se cuenta con la colaboración de instituciones nacionales e internacionales, liderado por el IICD, Países Bajos.
