An year full of new horizons sight and broadening dimensions... AEIRC has proved itself as an independent, visioned & prospective body of individuals working together with aim to serve selflessly & sincerely to fortify the status of well aware and healthy being. This year AEIRC accomplished much from fulfilling the curiosity of young scientists to mentoring groomed professional. The glorious achievements includes grand success of two international conferences ICEHSR,13 & Is it in my gene? In Feb. & Oct. respectively. One has to be determined in his aim & courageous enough to lead a path... this all statement goes with novelty of our leaders from the start of year they knew how to move forward, make new dimensions & mark their signature as a brand. AEIRC flowed river of knowledge by conducting multiple sessions throughout year with dedication & perspiring efforts. Sessions of research designs, human & clinical nutrition, clinical research guidelines, research ethics, biostatistics with SPSS n Excel, epidemiology, health science research ethics, clinical pharmacology, presentation skills, research writing skills & many more. Training as well as skill development have been appreciated in its unique and effective manner... everyone endorsed it with the thankful consideration n cooperation of facilitators. Another milestone of 2013 is internationally recognized open access journal. With all due academic struggle n scientific insight of the team it has been included in international directory of journals. Published both in print n online version. Besides being in its first year of publishing it got appreciation of renowned scientists worldwide. Seminars n camps were also a part of awareness activities by AEIRC... included women health, breast cancer n stress awareness campaigns. One on one mentorship has been remain the essence of AEIRC with all the skill polishing to strict monitoring tools.
