In this episode, Namdo(Southern Province)'s hanjeongshik(full-course Korean meal), and 'hansangcharim' from Gangjin of South Jeolla Province are introduced.

Historically Gangjin was famous for its rich food products. From its broad fields, mountains and the mud flats a variety of food ingredients were harvested. This unique setting of Gangjin was the key behind development of full han sangcharim(serving all the side dishes at once on a table). This is why Gangjin became the home of Namdo "hanjeongshik".

Benjamin explores the field, the sea and the villages of Gangjin and tastes different Korean hansangcharim and finds out why hanjeongshik is beloved by the people of Gangjin.
