Recently, the traditional Korean dish bibimbap has been gaining international attention and popularity as a food rich in protein and low in calories. It is exported to more than ten countries, including Japan, China and Paris. Bibimbap is also known to be part of actress Gwyneth Paltrow's diet.

In this episode, we take a trip to Jeonju in North Jeolla Province, known as "the home of traditional bibimbap." We learn about the history and story behind a bowl of bibimbap.
