We use the automatic pill dispenser and the weather clock.
We find the weather clock fantastic because often I wake up and I don't know what day of the week it is because I have two special needs daughters and the automatic pill dispenser eliminates a lot of guesswork when with people of disability, that there's a lot to remember and there's a lot to think about and the technology is wonderful because it helps them with basic everyday tasks.
