I originally created T.I.C in 2007, but due to limitations (I couldn't afford any Animating software) I had to wait until 2014, I know It could be better, but I just got enough money to afford the Animating Software (plus the Audio Recording Software and Video Editors) I will start to spend more to get a better microphone in the future.
