this song is about a girl i knew growing up. in the carter and reagan adminisstrations, a black boy COULD talk to girls of all races and be american. this girl after a while was told not to and afte all this time, we are all finding out... racism ends in a society dying off as "don't bring home a black man" is the first step to "sex is dirty" which is misdtream into "no more kids. however, since she is indian, we still talk as opposed to her white counterparts...
