Sunny days return for Marc Jacobs

It might have been snowy outside but Marc Jacobs constructed blue skies and sun inside for his fall 2014 collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York on Thursday (February 13). The American designer, known for his creative runway shows, sent 46 models up and down 6 runways under fake clouds and the voice of actress Jessica Lange. Each model wore blunt razor cut wigs with head bands and almost seemed to match down the runway. A cream and white look kicked off the show followed by hues of light blue, brown and tan. Bomber jackets were revamped with patchwork and fur. For evening looks, Jacobs presented beaded tank tops, as well as matching beaded tops and pants. Flowy ruffles on tops and dresses gave the collection movement. Jacobs, a fan of many celebrities, hosted actress Sarah Paulson and musician Joe Jonas in the front row.
