Tears can't sooth the pain
My life is torn in two
Nobody cares and neither do you
Sinking into my skin
Unable to stop
The pain kills
My heart skipps a beat
Screaming aloud
But nobody hears
Nobody listens
The pain in my heart is still there
But the blood still flows
I have nowhere to go
Sitting alone
I cry and I cry
But tears don't help
I've already tried
To find a cure
To the sadness within me
But nothing works
My heart still hurts
My life in ruins
Hated by people I love
I don't believe what I used to
Because the memories just bring pain
I don't believe in this love
Or a heaven above
I don't believe in such happiness
Because for me all there is, is sadness
So I sit alone
I sit in the dark
Heartbroken and scared
I don't know how much more I can take
Just know I hurt
But the blood still flows
And the tears still fall
And the darkness surrounding me
Gets stronger each day
Each minute
Each red drop
And each sad tear.
