Sugar 1 cup (300 g)
water 1 cup
cardamom powder or Elaichi powder half tablespoon kesar 7 to 8 strands
Rava 1.5 cups 190 g
milk three cups 500 ML
Oil or ghee for frying
Almonds or pistachios for garnishing
