You are who you are today because of the programming of your subconscious mind.
IN order to change that you must change the programming.

Start by asking yourself the tough questions about your beliefs, fears, doubts and desires. This will tell you what areas you need to focus on if they don't line up with your dreams and plans for success.

The subconscious mind has been explained and illustrated by an iceberg. The part of the iceberg you see represents the conscious mind and operates 10% of our mind. The subconscious mind is the part of the iceberg under the water that is massive and operates 90% of our mind. What lies below the surface is the true controlling factor.
