Styled by Kara here to talk winter trends! This holiday season you can expect to see some fun new trends pop up. One of my favorite pieces that's proving to be a major trend, is a faux shearling denim jacket. In this outfit, I paired this staple piece with a simple mock-neck sweater and pleated leather skirt. The denim statement makes the outfit a bit more casual, and wearable for daytime errands or even work.

The other trend you can be expecting to see is the sleeveless mock-neck on both sweaters and dresses. I opted for a grey sleeveless option to layer into the outfit. The grey compliments the denim blue, and pairs well with the pleated black leather skirt.

Last but not least, let’s talk accessories! When it comes to accessories, I always love to make a statement. I added leopard heels to spice up this classic daytime look. My big leather tote bag not only fits all my essentials when running errands or heading to work, but pulls together this outfit with it's classic shape.
