Stupid driver - JYR591GP - possible stolen car

This guy comes out of nowhere, driving like a real prick.
There was a police roadblock on a parallel road that I believe he was trying to evade.

He gapped it after I tried getting the metro police's attention. I considered chasing him down and beating him senseless but if it was a stolen car, he was more than likely armed so I reconsidered.

I hope karma ass-rapes him with a cactus once a day for the rest of his life!
