Strange call Roy Jay related

Okay, so... I got the most messed up call ever, about half an hour ago, from a private number. When I picked up, I heard this guy (sounded British or maybe Australian) say my full name and full address.
I beeped the beginning of the call because the guy knew my name and address.
He asked me if I’ve been “searching for Roy Jay” and demanded that I “stop talking about him.”
I could swear there was music playing in the background.
