2. Sugar
3. Oil
4. All-purpose flour
5. Baking powder
6. Baking soda
7. Salt
8. Milk
9. Vanilla extract

Hello friends, welcome to my channel.
My today's recipe is very attractive - Chocolate wrap steam cake.
I decorated it with scrap material, so watch my full video. You can get an idea of how can we do that.
Before I start a recipe please subscribe to my channel and also hit the bell icon
Take 3/4 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of yogurt in one bowl, and add 4 to 5 drops of vanilla extract in it.
Whisk well till sugar completely dissolves.
After that, add 1/2 cup of oil in this mixture.
Again whisk well till a smooth mixture appears.
Keep this mixture aside.
In another bowl, take 1.25 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt, sieve well all the ingredients.
Mix well all dry ingredients.
Now mix all dry ingredients into the prepared wet mixture.
Mix with cut and fold method.
Now add 1/4 cup of milk and again mix well.
Please note down don't overmix this mixture otherwise your cake will not become soft.
Now pour the batter in grease tin, and give a nice tap to this tin.
I'm going to cover it with aluminum foil and this step is very important when you are making a steamed cake.
Now put this tin in the preheat of a steamer and steam this cake for about 1 hour.
On the other side, I am preparing frosting.
So I'm taking 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whisk well.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of Cornflour, and 2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract.
Beat well till stiff peak appears.
Our frosting is ready.
I'm going to put this bowl in the freezer.
Now I'm preparing a double boiler and adding chocolate pieces in it because I want to melt this chocolate.
Now you can see our chocolate is completely melted.
Now, I am using a bubble bag cut piece and pour this melted chocolate on it.
Now, Spread this chocolate all over the cut piece with the help of a broad knife.
When you're leveling chocolate mixture, make sure the chocolate layer should be thick.
Now, keep a side of this cut piece.
Now, I am taking a parchment paper sheet because I want to make different shapes of chocolate for that pour this chocolate mixture in a ziplock bag.
