STAYING SAFE, HOME AND COMFORTABLE.

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.
There are so many unknowns in the world right now, challenges we have never had to face before. We are being confronted with physical, mental and even financial difficulties that are asking us to rise up in ways that are new, frustrating and just plain scary. But we can. We are stronger than we think. When we show up and take care of ourselves, we can take better care of our families, our friends and the communities we are a part of. This can ripple out into the world and have far reaching effects.
Right now we are being asked to do things differently. Practicing new hygiene measures, social distancing, wearing masks….it’s all new but necessary. Let’s rise up. Let’s be all in. Together we can.
