Stand Up Against Bullying!

We like it or not, bullying is - and has always been - part of school life... and playground... and anywhere else where kids "hang out' without adult supervision. Many schools have great bully-prevention and anti-bullying programs; while some schools still are slacking off and take bullying lightly... In this video I stress the importance of primarily helping the children displaying bullying behaviors; as often most programs focus on helping the victims. Helping victims of bullying is important, but that's only the symptom - the real "disease" is created by the child/children displaying the bullying behaviors... I also describe 4 personality styles and how each might display bullying behaviors... Enjoy!
