Quand je crée mes sculptures d’insectes, je le fais avec tout le respect qu’ils méritent et pour ça je leur dédie une statue. Maint spectateur a commencé à voir et à apprécier la beauté dans les insectes après avoir vu mes sculptures. Ils me disaient qu’ils ne tuaient plus spontanément les insectes qui se trouvaient sur leur chemin. My work has developed and taken different directions over the past ten years, but was originally inspired by insects. But recreating insects as a piece of sculpture I believe I give them the status and respect they deserve. Many people have told me that their eyes have been opened to the beauty of insects after seeing my sculptures, and that they no longer instinctively kill an insect when they see one.
