- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Garlic powder 1tbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
- Water half jug
For Marinade
- Lemon juice half cup
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbs
- Black pepper 1 tsp
