Tsmoke, LP, Guacamoli, SpankyFranky and I all got together to work on SpandyCise - SpandyAndy's workout that will keep you TIGHT and BRIGHT.
At the end of practice we filmed a quick little instructional video on how to dance during Spandy's performance at the (http://spandyandy.com/danceparty) SpandyAndy Dance Party.
We only got one take because there was another group of people coming in to use the dance studio. The dance is very repetitive, but fun! Learn the dance, wear some spandex, and be part of Spandy's performance!
