Spam Special - Quickies With Kai

Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1-12 ounce can of Spam (Low Sodium)
4 medium potatoes sliced very thin
1 white or red onion chopped
10 ounces of cream of mushroom soup
1-12 ounce can of evaporated milk
1-15 ounce jar of cheese whiz
salt and pepper to taste

OPTIONAL
1 chopped green or red pepper
1 chopped carrot
1-16 ounce can of corn

DIRECTIONS
* Pre heat oven to 375
* Slice potatoes in thin round slices
* Chop onion and spam into small small chunks(add vegetables if desired) with the potatoes. You can also add salt and and pepper and any other spice you may want to use for flavour.
* Place potatoes into casserole dish.
* Mix together the cheese whiz, soup,milk in sauce pan until cheese whiz is melted.
* Pour over potatoes and spam.
* Bake for 1 hour uncovered at 375 degrees or until potatoes are tender.
