The original brainchild of special effects Eiji Tsuburaya became the main character of this obscure marvel of cinematography. Space Warriors 2000 was produced by Sampote Sands without the authorization from Tsuburaya. This films is the victim of a dramatic legal fight between the original owner and rip off master Samote. Nonetheless, the magic of this film portrays heroism at new levels from the point of view of American Marc Smith who translated the oriental mentality into something occident could understand This film is fun. Unfortunately, there will never be a legal remastered or restored version. This version will remain for the posterity as an icon of how good Ultraman could have been to Occident.
