Solved all Windows update error on windows 10,8.1,8 and 7

Fix windows update error or installation failed.
This will work with windows 10, Windows 8.1, windows 8 and windows 7.

Steps:
1: Open Services.msc
2: Find Two services and stop those sevice
3: Delete files from Software Distribution
4. Restart stopped services
5: Download updates from Microsoft catalogue
6: install updates

personal recommendation :
To install optional updates, you need to review and then select them from the list of updates that Windows finds for your computer. Note the KB number then copy to the Microsoft update catalogue search-bar and download it.
