Hello everyone, I would like to inform you about the scams and fraudulent behavior of the company known as Snynder Energo Pvt Ltd.

Employers(Santosh Nair and S.Gopinathan) typically request your marks card and degree certificate before you join the company. Initially, they assure you that they will cross-check your details and return the documents once the process is complete. However, upon joining, they inform you that they will not return your marks cards or certificate until your bond is over. This can be seen as a tactic to retain employees and avoid providing salaries. By withholding these essential documents, employers aim to keep you working without compensation.

This company not only fails to support your personal growth, but it also drains your interest in life. Upon joining, employees are often forced to take out loans just to survive because the company does not credit their salary or provide PF benefits. Working here means investing not only your money and energy but also your precious time for the employer's family and personal growth. Meanwhile, employees and their families are left vulnerable and at risk of ending up on the streets.

This behavior is not only cheap and immoral but also reflects the filthiest practices of an organization.
