Snatches 62½kg

Snatches are back! Weights are 122lb & 138lb. First time using straps to help keep the arms straight. As a Grip Guy, l tend to grip too tightly which leads to too much bending of the arms. Thankfully, Danica set me straight about this. Last set was strapless to see how it felt. It felt good though l need a bunch of work. Just gotta keep after it. God Bless!
