Now someone told me to file a motion for stay at the Fedral court house. My Question,,,,,, Do I need to file any other paper work or just that stay? Also I have a copy of the bankruptcy note and a hearing hasn't been set yet. And The motion asks for the court answer. The judge didn't do anything, Just said he couldn't do anything yet and to come back on July 2nd. Help Please!!1 -
