He is not incorporated or anything else. He is filing bankruptcy due to over 400k of medical debt from an illness. We want to put the business in my name, but how do we do that when he works under his own SS #? Or how do I have the company and have him work under me as a sub contractor. What does that mean for his general liability insurance policy, and do I need one? What other steps do I need to take? And any suggestions? -
