Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Should I go bankrupt? - I live alone. My children are married and off to college. My annual income is $28,000.00 I had a 14 year old car. It went to the junk yard. So, I bought a new one. My car loan is for 170.00 a month. I had an emergency fund, but used that up in 2 years. I have credit card debt in the amount of 5,000.00. The money that I used to put in my emergency fund is now going towards my car loan and monthly payments towards my credit cards. I have 0% and 5.9% interest rates on my credit cards. I try to live frugally and cut down as much as possible. My credit is excellent. Should I get another part time job or file bankruptcy? -
