I am leaving voluntarily due to what i see as irreconcilable differences between myself & my employer. I have evidence that proves that my employer has gone behind my back & tried to replace me with someone else & they have also taken wrongful disciplinary action against me. How do you think this would affect my claim to JSA if i where to make one? Hopefully i will have another job in place at the start of may but i may be refused this due to a credit check & i also have an upcoming bankruptcy. If i where refused JSA would i be entitled to claim contribution based as i have paid my contributions for the qualifying period. Also what would the situation be with claiming for Housing benefit & council tax benefit? -
