Her school has not been paid. Her boarding house has not been paid. Now she is told by the school that she has to leave the country in 15 days. But her visa is an F-1 and is valid to the year 2015.
Q: Isn't she entitled to resolve this issue before she is deported in 15 days? I think there should be an OTC (Order to show cause) before she is deported.
Q: How long will she have to stay here in the USA before the Immigration process begins?
