Im conflicted? - I am 23 years old, working full time, part time college, etc. I recently moved back home with my mother (in February) to help her out financially by paying rent. when I decided to move back in, it was supposed to be mutally beneficial, 200 for her to pay the bills, and a cheap place for me to live since I just declared bankruptcy
but now, she got a 2nd job, working overnights, so its like when I am not at work, on the nights she works, i am expected to be here and watch my 11 year old sister. Which I wouldnt mind every now and then, but every mon, wed, friday and saturday? I officially have NO life..
My financial situation has changed drastically, and I no longer need to live her in order to keep afloat. I work full time, spend a little time with my boyfriend, but that is it. I feel like being in this situation has stumped any kind of social or personal life I might have, not to mention, my mother is negative, critical, controlling, and invasive, which means I have very little privacy and I am going insane. With that and having to be home most nights, I feel like im 16 all over again! I was recently offered the opportunity to live with Friends, and move out of my mom's, but I feel like she is going to hate me because of her 2nd job (overnights) and not having someone to be home with my sister. But, I also have to be happy. What do I do? -
