This happened in Virginia. Here in Florida, because the State of VA. suspended my Driver's License, I cannot even get a restricted license until (their words) I pay off the courts in VA. (Not easy to get more than a llow paying job with no DL!). Any suggestions? (No, I can't afford bankruptcy right now.) -
