We are now divorced. I paid for it. He is about ready to get his US citizenship. However, he stole and lied to me before and during the marriage. I only found out after he left. This caused me to have to file bankruptcy and lose everything I had. Do I have any legal rights? Shouldn't I be able to stop his obtaining his citizenship based on his criminal activity?
