SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - HELP WITH DIRECT TV PLEASE???

So she asked if she could give me $20 and I use my card. No problem....SOOOO Now I find out that the WHOLE account is in my name! They will NOT take it out of my name and I just filed Bankruptcy due to a nasty divorce. That cost me $1400 so that I can try and get my credit back on track. My mom is NOTORIOUS for not paying her bills...infact...her phone is shut off right now! But they told me there is NO way to get this stupid contract out of my name unless I cancel....problem is...cancellation fee is $460!!!! Does anybody know how I can get this OUT OF MY NAME and into hers???? The guy that it was set up with ASSURED me that it was NOT going be in my name after the 1st billing cycle and that it only had to be started in my name since it was my card......IM AT A LOSS!
