He cannot afford the cost this month but was saving up. His ex-wife comes along and offered to include him when she files this month. She has never been known to do anything that won't benefit her in some way. So my question is what is the difference if any if he files on his own or with his ex-wife?? They do have bills that are in both their names as well as separate past due bills. Is there any loop hole that she may have found to corner my boyfriend in somehow??? They have one minor child together but she will receive the tax credit for her. he is paying child support for this child.. -
