I did not have insurance at the time. I took full responsibility of the accident. The total amount due to the insurance company was $5500. They hired a Credit Collection Company to collect the money from me. I have been making payments of $160 every month. I make the payments through the phone to CCS. Because of bad luck, I only have enough money to make this months payment. I have no means of receiving money... I am a full time college student. I have been looking for a job for two months now and no luck. I just want to know If I have any options... like If I can ask them to pardon me for a few months or If I can get any help... I am stressing about this... I dont want to go to prison or file bankruptcy. Please help. btw I have not missed a payment in all this time. -
