Now the part here is that he never asked her permission which means he forged her signature, but either way it was without her consent. Now the collectors are garnishing her wages, is there any way that she could legally seek to get herself removed from this? Any help and advice would be much appreciate, she is talking about filing for bankruptcy because of his actions. -
