She uses the car and makes the payments for the car and for the insurance on the car and has made payments for the cars registration as well. She also gave them $1500 for signing the car in their name. all this is stated in the contract that they both signed. Now this person wants to file bankruptcy and take the car way. Can she sew that person in civil court for the $1500 paid to them and the registration? Is this a break in contract on their part? -
