They are getting a good price at 75000 and offering 15000 cash to start. Only problem the previous owner still owes 423000. He had to file for bankruptcy. so basically the board of the bank has to approve of the sale as they control it. It has been on the market for less then 2 weeks. What are the chances of the bank approving? I dont think you read it right last time. -
