Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Bankruptcy confirmation? - Question. I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in august 2009. My confirmation hearing was in January 2010. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to update the confirmation on the bankruptcy website. I called the trustees office and they told me that my hearing was confirmed and that they mailed the paperwork to the judge to sign the confirmation. How long does all of this take. I am up to date with all payments and I know they will not start to pay my creditors until everything is confirmed. -
